Privacy Policy for Ring Racer

Android version · com.noowanda.ringracer
Last updated: 2026/08/22

1. Who is responsible

Ring Racer is developed and published by Joachim Graesser trading as Noowanda (“we”, “us”).

2. The short version

Ring Racer for Android/iOS/Meta Quest does not collect any data.

Nothing you do in the game is transmitted to us or to anyone else. There is no user account, no login, no online leaderboard, no advertising, no analytics, and no crash reporting. The game works entirely offline.

3. What the game stores, and where

The game saves your progress in a single file inside the private storage area that Android assigns to the app. It contains:

This file never leaves your device. We cannot read it and we never receive a copy of it. Uninstalling the app deletes it. Note that if you have Android backup enabled, your device may include app data in your own Google backup — that backup is under your control and governed by Google's privacy policy, not by us.

4. No advertising, no analytics, no tracking

The app contains no advertising network, no analytics or telemetry SDK, no crash reporting service, and no social media integration. It does not use advertising identifiers, does not build user profiles, and does not track you across apps or websites. The game is built with the Unity engine, and the Android build does not include Unity Analytics, Unity Gaming Services, or any comparable data collection component.

5. Children's privacy

Ring Racer is suitable for players of all ages, including children.

Because the Android version transmits no data whatsoever, we do not collect personal information from anyone — and therefore we never collect personal information from children. There is no name field, no chat, no user-generated content, and no way for a player to share anything with us or with other players.

This applies to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and to Art. 8 GDPR in the European Union alike. If you are a parent or guardian with questions, write to support@noowanda.com.

6. Google Play

The app is distributed through Google Play. Google collects data in connection with the download, purchase and operation of apps on its platform, on its own responsibility and independently of us. See Google's privacy policy.

7. App permissions

The game does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, or storage outside its own private directory.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

In practice there is nothing to exercise these rights against: we hold no data about you. All game data lives on your device, under your control, and is removed when you uninstall the app.

9. Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app introduces features that process data — an online leaderboard, for example — we will update this policy before releasing that version and change the date at the top.
